Office and business maintenance clean
All areas vacuumed with high dusting and dusting of all low areas. Rubbish removal as standard. Canteen areas cleaned and sanitised plus any white goods.
Toilet areas cleaned with full replenishment of sundries. Any glass and windows cleaned interior and exterior.
After Builders Clean
This is an intense clean, covering all areas with the aim of getting the property ready to live in. This is based on a rate of £22/hour.
Windows and frames cleaned exterior and interior. Cement and any paint splashes and stains cleaned off then washed and polished.
Rubbish/rubble removed from property.
All protective films and covers from fixtures and white goods removed. These are all then washed and polished.
Every room vacuumed and dusted including all sills and ledges, basically every surface is vacuum dusted then all paint splashes and stains removed from floors then washed and polished.
Kitchens and bathrooms vacuum dusted. All kitchen storage areas are washed and cleaned inside and out, also tops of all kitchen units are washed, sanitised and polished to a high very high standard.
End of tenancy
Rubbish removal and other items for disposal removed (white goods and large furniture not included).
Windows – interior and exterior cleaned frames cleaned & brightened. All interior glass and mirrors cleaned and polished.
High dusting, cleaning of light fittings and other high hard to reach areas attended to, then vacuum dusted and cleaned. Also all other surfaces and any remaining furniture.
Kitchens toilets and bathrooms – Bathroom wall/floor tiles (plus shower glass also any other glass and ceramic fittings and fixtures) scrubbed to remove scale and stains, then washed sanitised and polished.
Kitchen area complete de-grease and wash of all cupboards and cabinet drawers, inside and out. All surfaces washed and polished. White goods cleaned and sanitised then polished plus full oven clean – cooker, hob and extraction unit.
